Adding resources to your account
How to add resources to your GigaBook account from the Resources page
1. Navigate to the Resource Management page
2. Click the 'New Resource' button.
3. On the window prompt, do the following:
On the Info tab, Enter the resource name, email address, phone, image, and description
On the Service/Group Session tab, assign a service or group session to the resource
On the Availability Tab, assign the default days and hours the resource is available to be booked.
4. Click the 'Add' button.
Editing resources to your account
How to manage and edit existing resources in your GigaBook account
1. On the Resource Management page, do the following steps:
In the Resource List, choose the resource name, and click the Edit Resource button.
In the Edit Resources window, select Info, Business Locations, Services/Group Sessions, or Availability tab to add or edit any information.
2. Click the Update button.
