How to schedule an appointment?

1. In your Dashboard, either click the plus sign on the header of 'today's widget' or click the scheduled appointment on the calendar side menu.

2. In the window prompt, select the client, service, staff member, date/time, and enable email and SMS notification and reminder.

3. Click the 'Save' button and the appointment will be scheduled instantly. The client and provider will be notified about the appointment automatically by email and SMS notification.

How to reschedule an appointment?

1. In your Dashboard/Calendar Page, click on the appointment you want to reschedule.

2. Select a new date and time for the appointment.

3. Enable the email or SMS notification

4. Click the 'Save' button and the appointment will be rescheduled instantly. The client and provider will be notified about the appointment automatically by email and SMS notification.

How to cancel/delete an appointment?

  1. Navigate to the Calendar Page

  2. Click the appointment you would like to cancel/delete.

  3. Click the 'Delete' button.

  4. Enter notes for your client and staff member,

  5. Confirm Deletion and they will be notified immediately via email or SMS notification.

You can create/reschedule and cancel an appointment in many ways:

1. In your Schedule Listing page.

2. In the Client Modal.

3. In the Provider/Staff Member Modal

Note: If you cannot create/reschedule or cancel/delete an appointment. Please contact your account owner to update your account permission.
