There’s an option to create a series of group session schedules. By simply enabling the Series, you will be able to set how often the session occurs. An end date will have to be associated with the group created.

Steps:

2. Click  "+" icon located at the upper right corner

3. Click Group Session

4. Click Series button

5. Inside Every text field, input interval day/days of your group session

6. Click Save

Also, you may want to require your clients to join succeeding sessions. Then, you need to enable the Must be attended in succession, this will force your client to book succeeding schedules by not allowing them to jump dates and miss other sessions.
