How to customize automated emails to clients and staff

Modifying automated emails to your preference.

1. In your GigaBook dashboard, do the following:

  • Hover over Gear icon in the side menu

  • Click Settings Hub.

2. In the Settings Hub, click Edit Content Templates under Communications.

3. In the Email/SMS/.ICS Templates page, do the following:

  • Select the template you would like to view or edit. The left column is your Staff and the right column is your Clients.

  • Select the Magnifying Glass icon to preview.

To edit the selected template, do the following steps:

1.  Click Pencil Box icon.

2. In the Template: New Appointment for Staff Member window, select the information to add from the right column. You can also add additional information specific to your business.

3. Click Save.

Modifying text notifications and reminders.

 1. To edit text notifications and reminders, do the following steps:

  • Click Pencil Box Icon beside SMS Notification or SMS Reminder.

  • Add or omit information to be send through text.

  • Click Save.
