Modifying the term “Staff Member” in the Account Setup

  1. Hover over Gear icon from the Side Menu and click Account Setup.

2. Click Next Step button until you reach the Employee tab.

3. In the Employee tab, enter the new name under What do you call the employees at your business? 

4. Click Next Step.

Modifying the term “Staff Member” in the Settings Hub

1. Hover over Gear icon from the Side Menu and click Settings Hub.

2. Under Staff Members and Resources, click Change Staff Member Term

3. In the Change Terminology modal, enter the new name under What do you call the employees or service providers at your business?

4. Click Save.
