Assigning a client to staff members or service providers using your GigaBook account

  1. In the GigaBook dashboard, hover over Client icon from the side menu. Click New or select the name of the client.

2. In the Add a client window, do the following steps:

  • Enter client information.
  • Select a staff member.
  • Click Add.

3. In the GigaBook dashboard, click Client icon from the side menu.

In the Client Page, click Provider Icon

Tick the Staff Member to display the client that was assigned

For the Clients that wasn’t assigned to any of the Staff Member. Tick Unassigned
