Adding custom forms to your GigaBook booking process

1. Hover over Gear icon from the side menu and click Settings Hub.

2. In the Settings Hub page, click Manage Custom Forms under Data & Sync.

3. In the Custom Forms Management Page, click +New Custom Form.

4. In the Add Custom Form window, do the following steps:

  • Enter the title and description of your custom form.

  • Enter questions specific to your business and services.

  • Click Preview.

  • Click Add.
