Cancellations and rescheduling can be done in your client’s account manager when enabled. Your clients can log in to an account and manage their appointments. However, GigaBook does not ask your clients to confirm their upcoming appointments.
Enable reschedule and cancel of clients’ appointments from Booking Widget
- In your GigaBook dashboard, hover over Megaphone icon and click Service Booking.
- In the Booking Widget page, click the Jump to drop-down button and select Reschedule/Cancel.
- In Booking Widget Configuration, do the following steps:
- Enable Allow clients to reschedule appointments and choose from the Jump to box.
- Enable Allow clients to cancel appointments and choose from the Jump to box.
4. Click Save.
Reschedule and Cancel will display in the Booking Widget under Existing Appointments.
