You can integrate your account with MailChimp to send customized email reminders about upcoming appointments, send marketing collateral, promotional materials, thank yous and more.

First, You will need to obtain your MailChimp API Key through your MailChimp account and enter/save it using GigaSync (Third-Party Calendar Management Page).

Next, on your Client Management Page, decide which clients you would like to include in your emails and export them to MailChimp. 

Give that a few minutes to finish syncing while you set up your customized email messages, and Voila! You can start keeping clients in the loop, seamlessly.
