GigaBook offers many CRM features, and one of them is the ability to log your interactions with clients.
From your Client Management Page, select the client with whom you interacted.
From there, a modal will pop up. Select the "Client Interaction" icon:
This opens up features that allow you to log a call, log emails or log meetings and keep the information with that client's file
