Assigning Services to Staff Members/Resources
1. In your GigaBook dashboard, do the following steps:
Hover over Gear icon from the Side menu.
In the Settings list, click Services.
2. In the Service Management page, do the following steps:
Add New Services/Edit existing Services.
Assign Services to Staff Members/Resources.
Click Add/Save.
Enabling the pairing feature from the Pairing modal page
1. In your GigaBook dashboard, do the following steps:
Hover over Gear icon from the Side menu.
In the Settings list, click Pairing.
2. In the Pairing modal, do the following steps:
Select two staff members or resources to pair. Click New Pairing.
In the Pairing window, do the following steps:
- Hover over the Jump to boxes and then select the types to pair, and the staff members or resources to be paired.
- Hover over the Services drop-down menu and select the type of services to be paired with the staff members or resources.
Click Save.
