Creating multiple contact forms widget and sharing the URL or embed code on your website.

1. Navigate to Contact Form Widget.

2. Click the Add Contact Form button.

Note: Active contact form panel is highlighted with a green color.

3. Customize Contact form colors, fonts, and contents that represent your business.

4. Select the fields that you want to collect in the final step of contact creation. This information will reflect in each client's records accessible via the Client page within your account.

5. You can create custom forms and add them to your contact forms.

6. Adjust the contact form widget size.

7. Add Google Analytics Tracking Code (optional)

8. Add custom re-direction on the last page.

9. Click Save Settings.
