How does Zoom video meetings works when you manually create appointments.

How to create an appointment manually.

1. Hover over the Calendar Icon and click Schedule an Appointment

2. In the appointment modal, do the following:

  • Add Client

  • Select a service with Zoom Option Enable

  • Select at least 1 staff member that is connected with zoom

  • Enable Email Notification

  • Click Save

3. The Zoom Video Meeting Button will be displayed at the bottom in the email notification.

4. Clik the " Start Zoom Video Meeting " button to start your meeting with your client.
